At Holy Cross, your child’s health and safety come first. We want every student to feel their best so they can learn, grow, and enjoy their school day.
Health Forms
To help us care for your child, every student must have an Emergency Contact and Health Form on file. If your child ever needs to take medication at school, both you and their doctor will need to complete a short health form (available from the school office). Please keep us updated on any health concerns, medications, or illnesses so we can support your child and keep our school community safe.
Medication at School
Medications are given only under a doctor’s instructions and will be supervised by trained school staff.
All medication must be brought to the office in its original container with the proper label.
Students will come to the office to take their medication—this helps us ensure safety and consistency.
For everyone’s safety, students may not carry medicine, pills, or inhalers with them during the school day.
If you ever have questions or concerns about your child’s health needs at school, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office—we’re here to help!
